MY STORY
When I first started my fitness journey, it wasn’t in the gym – it was on the tennis court.
Growing up, I trained all my life in competitive sports. As a junior tennis player, I competed at a high level and moved to the UK to attend a full-time tennis academy at Loughborough University.
At nine years old, I was introduced to elite-level strength and conditioning training, which became a foundation for my athletic development.

Injuries forced me to leave tennis, but I found a new passion in golf. I rose to the top 500 in the world amateur rankings, 1200 in the professional rankings, represented Brazil, and earned a full scholarship to play Division 1 college golf in the U.S.
Despite this success, the gym always felt like home. It was a space where my effort translated into progress, unlike the unpredictable nature of competitive sports.

A wrist injury and two surgeries sidelined me for the last year of my college career, ending my professional golf ambitions. During this challenging time, the gym became my escape.
I began training and programming for myself but focused on bodybuilding and ate anything I could get my hands on, I looked fit but I sure din't feel it. I quickly remembered the importance of structured, performance-focused coaching.

Joining the Every Move Academy reignited my passion for training, performance, and coaching. I renewed my certifications, gained advanced knowledge in athletic performance training, and discovered my true purpose: helping others unlock their potential.
