Your journey starts here. Fill out a short application form, and our team will reach out to book your discovery call—a deep dive into your goals, challenges, and what success looks like for you. This call ensures we’re the right fit to help you unlock your full potential.

90-DAY ROADMAP & PERSONAL STRATEGY

After your discovery call, we’ll craft a personalised 90-day roadmap designed around your goals, lifestyle, and training experience. This personal strategy lays out the steps we will take together, giving you clarity, structure, and a strategy to accelerate your progress from day one.

EDUCATION, ACCOUNTABILITY & COMMUNITY

Expert coaching, ongoing accountability, and a like-minded community will keep you on track. Through structured training, tailored nutrition guidance, and continuous education, you’ll build the habits, confidence, and resilience needed to achieve your goals and live the Fit For Purpose lifestyle— for life.

PHASE 1:
EVOLUTION

The first three months of your Fit For Purpose Journey lay the foundation for long-term success.

 

In Phase 1: Evolution, we focus on building the habits, structure, and clarity you need to transform your lifestyle. This is where you develop immense body confidence, refine your daily routines, and set the direction for your training and nutrition.

 

By the end of this phase, you’ll have a clear path forward, a stronger mindset, and the foundations in place to progress toward your ultimate potential.

PHASE 2:
FINDING PURPOSE

With strong foundations in place, Phase 2: Finding Purpose is where you push past limits and unlock your true potential. By this stage, you’ll be feeling your absolute best—whether that’s preparing for a key event like a holiday or wedding, or simply stepping into newfound confidence.

 

Your mindset will continue to evolve as you shift your focus to performance-driven goals, such as hitting your first chin-up or pull-up, deadlifting your bodyweight, running a sub-30-minute 5K, or taking on your first fitness event.

 

This phase is about discovering what you’re truly capable of and setting the stage for even bigger achievements ahead.

PHASE 3:
PEAK POTENTIAL

In Phase 3: Peak Potential, you’re no longer just training—you’re thriving. By now, living a healthy, high-performance lifestyle feels effortless, and you’ve completed your fat loss journey, transitioning into a diet break and reverse dieting to maintenance.

 

This phase is all about pushing boundaries, whether that means preparing for a bigger challenge like HYROX, Turf Games, or a half/full marathon and expanding your skillset with advanced movements like Olympic lifts.

 

You’re not just working out—you’re training with purpose, fully embracing the Fit For Purpose lifestyle, and stepping into the best version of yourself.

PHASE 4:
THRIVING ATHLETE

In Phase 4: Thriving Athlete, you’re refining your physique and performance to the next level. Whether you’re revisiting aesthetic goals, focusing on muscle building, or entering another fat loss phase with more muscle, this stage is about fine-tuning your body composition while maintaining peak strength and fitness.

 

With a high-strength phase and performance-driven targets, you’re pushing for personal bests, increased muscle mass, and optimised performance. At this point, training isn’t just part of your routine—it’s part of who you are.

FIT FOR LIFE

In Phase 5: Fit For Life, you’ve mastered the Fit For Purpose lifestyle, seamlessly integrating fitness, nutrition, and performance into your daily routine. You possess full knowledge around nutrition for life, allowing you to fuel, train, and recover with confidence—no more guesswork, just sustainable success.

 

This phase is about pushing boundaries, taking on your biggest fitness challenge yet, and continuing to develop advanced training skills. But beyond personal achievement, you’ve become an inspiration, showing those around you what’s possible when you commit to long-term growth. This isn’t just a phase—it’s who you are.
