A training day to bring everyone together, in all in the name of fitness.

Feel free to bring a +1 /friend along with you. (if so, please ask them to get a ticket as well, so we know numbers)

The session will begin with strength work and then a big workout together. Bring on the PB's

Full detials to be announced but after the workout we will more than likely go for a coffee/drink.

We haven't set a finish time as such, it is up to you really.
