FIT IN TWELVE is more than just a fat loss program

 

FIT IN TWELVE is our 12 WEEK GROUP program targeting gym go-ers who want to test their

STRENGTH, FITNESS AND ENDURANCE, along side achieving their DREAM BODY.

 

This program ONLY runs TWICE a year.

 

 

We are looking for people who are bored with their training, and want a change.

People who want to lose body fat, whilst still prioritising getting stronger, fitter and faster.

People  who want to do their first fitness competition or event, but don't have a group of people to do it with.

 People who are low in self confidence, lack motivation and drive in their training and need an end goal to work towards.

Over the 12 week's you can expect to:

 

 

✔ Shed up to 12kg in body fat

 

✔ Add 10% to your main compound strength lifts

 

✔ Run your fastest times

 

✔ Get your first unassisted pull up

 

✔ Feel fit enough to do your first fitness competition/ event
