FIT IN TWELVE is our 12 WEEK GROUP program targeting gym go-ers who want to test their
STRENGTH, FITNESS AND ENDURANCE, along side achieving their DREAM BODY.
This program ONLY runs TWICE a year.
We are looking for people who are bored with their training, and want a change.

Over the 12 week's you can expect to:

✔ Add 10% to your main compound strength lifts
