WHAT IS PROJECT ATHLETIC?

Project Athletic is our 12 week group programme targeting experienced gym go-ers who want to test their strength, fitness and endurance, along side achieving their dream body. This program ONLY runs twice a year.

Over the 12 week's you can expect to:

  • Shed up to 15kg in body fat

  • Add 10% to your main compound strength lifts

  • Run/ bike/ row your fastest times

  • Get your first unassisted pull up

​

This program includes two free training days, webinars, team hikes and BIG Prizes

THE PROGRAM EXPLAINED

WEEK 1: 

  • Strength and fitness testing (establishing your starting point)

  • Initiating fat loss, Establishing good habits, Creating routine.

  • 12 week goal setting

  • Join us for a Free group training day

WEEK 2-6:

  • Focus on Progressive overload, Flexible dieting and consistent results

  • Mid point offical check in with your coach and goal setting review

Week 7-11:

  • Fitness challenges and strength progressions

  • Mindset transformations

  • Webinars and online learnings

  • Team hike

Week 12:

  • Strength and fitness re-test

  • Final group training day

  • Offical check in and review with your coach
