We have created an online fitness platform for likeminded people all around the world to connect with similar interests.
We create opportunities for our client's to challenge themselves further, by supporting them to enter their first fitness event (Turf Games, Hyrox, marathon's, Tough Mudder).
We celebrate our clients win's through feeling fit and being fit. We host team training days, team hikes, run events and monthly client meet ups around the UK.
We celebrate all non-scale weight victories (fast 5k times, first unassisted pull ups, confidence on holiday's.
Every month we reset 30 day, 90 day and 6 month goals to encourage all of our clients token challenging themselves.
