How to see strength gains for the rest of your life!

You want to build crazy strength right?

You want to always see those numbers in the gym going up?

Make sure you’re doing the following to allow that to ALWAYS happen.

  1. Move well first and earn the right to build weight - If you’re fully focused on “more plates more dates” it has a ceiling and you’ll receive a big hard slap in the face when you hit a certain weight

  2. Eat enough - Food is fuel and without a good amount of calories and protein, you’re not going to have the energy to push when the weight numbers get high

  3. Get enough sleep - Recovery is king for your life not just your strength. #teamnosleep need to get in the bin

  4. Be consistent by following a plan - Free styling your workouts is a lot like driving from London to Glasgow without a map, you’re going to get lost

  5. Don’t neglect your mobility - Pain free movement is key to longevity and promoting those good positions to carry over into life

  6. Train with the intensity to warrant results - Walking into the gym, going through the motions and spending more time scrolling through Instagram will do nothing for your gains
