Do you find yourself feeling constantly tired?
Even after a full night’s sleep or after your workouts?
You’re not alone...
Many of us push through their days without realising their fatigue could be fixed with a few key adjustments to Nutrition and Training!
Here’s WHAT might be draining your energy - and HOW to turn it around!
1. You're Not Eating Enough (or the Right Things)
Undereating - especially for ACTIVE individuals — can lead to low energy, brain fog, and poor workout recovery.
Fixing it:
Prioritise Whole Foods with a balance of protein, complex carbs, and healthy fats.
FUEL around workouts: have a pre-workout snack (fast acting carbohydrates) and post-workout meal with protein and carbs.
Don’t SKIP meals! Consistent energy comes from consistent nourishment.
2. You're Overtraining or Not Recovering Properly
Training hard is great! BUT not allowing your body time to repair can backfire.
Fixing it:
Include at least 1–2 rest or active recovery days per week.
Make sleep a priority - aim for 7–9 hours per night.
Mix up intensity: balance strength, cardio, and mobility work.
3. You're Dehydrated
Even mild dehydration can cause fatigue, headaches, and poor performance.
Fixing it:
Aim for at least 2-3L of water per day - more if you're training hard or sweating heavily.
Add electrolytes if needed, especially in hot weather or long workouts.
4. Stress & Lifestyle Factors
Mental stress, poor sleeping habits, or even too much caffeine can SAP your energy!
Fixing it:
Try a wind-down routine at night (less screen time, more relaxing habits).
MANAGE stress with movement, meditation, or journaling.
Watch caffeine intake - especially after 2pm.
The Bottom Line
If you're constantly tired, it’s NOT about pushing harder!
it’s about fuelling smarter and recovering better.
We’re here to help you dial in your Nutrition, Training, and Recovery so you feel energised - in and out of the gym.
